Looking for a short-tem let over the summer!

Hi there! My name is Natalie. I am 22 y/o, (though I'll be 23 in June) and finishing up my degree in English lit. While I'm currently planning on moving to York for my graduate degree in September, I want to remain in Cardiff over the summer so I can continue working at my current job as long as I can. Because I have uni and work, I would prefer a quiet/chill house where I can relax rather than lots of parties/noise! I am quite mature for my age so I am happy to live with people older than me. I am super easy going, clean, open-minded and friendly. My ideal budget is 300-350 pcm, a little bit more if bills are included. I would be happy to rent a room you have avail for the summer! My current lease ends end of June, so I'd be looking to move in either mid June or early July if I can. I'd want to rent the room from then until either end of August or mid Sept, depending on when my York accommodation begins.
