I am a professional male aged 27 looking for a one bedroom flat in or around the city centre. Ideally around the docks, calls, or wellington.
I require enough space for a desk as I work from home, ideally space to have it in living room rather than bedroom.
Have a car so parking is needed, don't mind if it's separate.
Budget is 750 give or take some, and move in is around early June / late May.
