Urgent couple room needed - SW London

Hi everyone,

We are a couple - Tyler (female, 27) and Harry (male, 30).

Due to a change in our current housing situation, we are urgently looking for a furnished or unfurnished double room, with a move-in date of 24th of October 2020.

We are currently living in a house-share in Clapham Junction. Due to Harry's job, we would ideally like to stay in this area; however, due to the short notice, we are open to a room on Harry's commute which is Clapham Junction - Farnborough, where he works as an Automation Engineer. Harry does have a car, and a place with a parking space or off-site parking would be ideal.

A little a bit about us:
-We aren't a couply couple
-We have been together for six years
-We lived together in Australia (including when we managed and ran a backpacker's hostel) and travelled around South-East Asia
-We have lived with Harry's friends before (all guys, they are also Tyler's friends)
-We have a welcoming joint friendship group, which is how we know each other
-We enjoy socialising together/with other people
-We are a very easy-going, friendly, and sociable couple
- We respect the space of others
- We enjoy holidays, festivals, sports, exploring London, travelling, fitness etc
- Tyler is 27 and was an Account Manager
- Harry is 30 and is an Engineer

We have been handed a very last-minute change with our housing situation. Should you have a room suitable for us, you would essentially be like our saviour, as it means we do not have to live apart and would look to stay with you on a long-term basis.

Tyler has also recently been made redundant due to Covid-19. She does, however, have funds to pay rent/bills. Alternatively, Harry's can act as the tenant to cover the rent/bills for the double room. We understand that as Tyler is not in full-time employment, this may be an issue with landlords; therefore, we are only reaching out to ads that CAN accept us to move in on this basis.
