A friendly professional looking for a spare room

This is Shoubhik and works in Lincoln as Electronic Engineer. I finished my postgrad from University of Glasgow last year. I am looking for a double room in shared house with a maximum of 3 ppl (including me) , preferably in North Hykeham or Birchwood area so that I can bike to my office.
On weekdays, in the daytime, I will be at workplace from 8 to 5:30 pm. I like cleanliness ( don't have OCD though), and love to cook.
