Looking for a property/room/annexe

Hello, I'm looking for a room/annexe anywhere in South Devon, covering the Modbury, Totnes, Dartmouth, and Salcombe area.

I am relocating to begin a role for the National Trust as a Country Ranger (2-3 days a week). I will also be seeking part-time time work alongside, hopefully in a graphic design/marketing role which is my profession to date. This may be a work-from-home position so I would need decent data signal or WiFi.

I would like a place that is furnished and would prefer bills included.

I am preferably looking for a rolling monthly contract with one months notice as I will likely be staying up to six months which is the duration of the National Trust role.

My move in date can be anytime from 20th May.

My budget is ideally up to £550.

I've lived with others for many years and am very respectful, clean and tidy.
