Need a room For min 6 months, Or Permanent?
I am testing the potential of COMMING HOME! But can be ready to move within 30 from the 1st of the month. max 59 days.
I Am retired and have my own income Guaranteed. I need to know if I can afford to LIVE in the England and enjoy my interests. I still have living relatives In England, none in Canada.. My income will shrink by $350 Canadian per mo about 200 ps ,after 6 months and this needs to be projected. I am Physically ABLE with limits. I need SAFE stairways ( strong rails) MY preference is SE counties and coastal. or a good rent anywhere in England . A good location is the COLN Valley region .
Costal location South of The Wash and north of Lands End My Budget is LIMITED. Please remember I am Currently Living in FAR Western CANADA 9000 miles from London England My time zone in Pacific Standard time we are 7, or 8 hours behind the UK we are 8 hours in the autumn and winter . October30 to march 30 . I AM currently Shedding my Possessions in order to make this a Couple of suitcases and MY Hobby equipment Move . I will tend to Furniture When I arrive. I can Be ready to Fly to the UK with 30 days notice. After January 2021 . I can sell all my Possession's and buy cheap what I need to last me until I can come .
FINANCIAL Credit rating is 742 after dropping since I purchased a new Car. Canadian Credit is NOt transferable and Must be re earned. MY income is Borderline for Life in the UK Once one part of my pension dependant upon Canadian residence ends after 6 months. Also it is really dependant on the Value of the Pound Sterling. I Do have Some Head room now But in 1963 the Pound to $ was over $3 that's1 PND to 3 of my $ should it become over $2.10 I must return to Canada. 400 Pounds is now $720 More than I would pay for an entire 2 Bedroom Apartment or Flat.
I am a British and Canadian Citizen, and it seams I may be eligible for Some rent Subsidies'. Thus My Stated Max rent is ONLY a reflection on AN NON subsidised rent. HOW LONG: until I DIE or a min of 5 m 3 weeks. Depending on the Overall Cost to live in England IF I return to Canada before my 6the pay Period of income I can find a new Home In the Canada. within 24 hours.
I am a Retired Chemical Engineer , I have contributed to the Removal of Dioxin Pollutants from Wood and Pulp ?paper Products To The EU from Canada. This was a Word wide Issue and Had Been Studied by Myself for 22 Yeats and Other Scientists sine 1963.
My Health: COPD , Fractured Spine 15 Vertebra Fully ambulatory, and stable. Cancer Survivor Chronic Pain Sufferer. I do have a sizeable medication need but I am Bot an Addict to Major Opiates. Most of my Pain is from severed Nerves that need a different type if treatment.
I am very independent and Require my Privacy. Moderate sized room NOT a 8**0 SLOT in the wall. That I see so many of. Minimum size in Canada us 13* 11 for a single bedroom. Set by the Ministry of Health for all Rental rooms Licences. I know this is Canada and We do not have homes with rooms under 10*10 in general built since 1960 .
My Budget Due to the fluctuation of the Pound and CDN $ must be kept as low as possible. I trust you will keep this in mind Rent from 200 Pounds to a Max of 400 will be considered.

I AM 9000 miles away and Thus will decide Sight Unseen. I will request a GOOD WELL done Video Walk through the HOME as Well as the Room. I need a PLACE to keep A Very Valuable Bicycle. This is more valuable than the A small Car. I raced and Coached Thus NO OUTSIDE SHED OR OUTSIDE PARKING OF IT. Even for 1 minute. It is Kept Pristine Clean before Bringing it inside. .
I am FUSSY but I also Am Proud. A single room is a HUGE Step down for me. I live in a 2300 SQ FT home with the smallest room of 13*11 al Have Walk in Closets Not included in room size. I do not loose to Old Fashioned Chest of drawers and Wardrobes. that make the room dangerous.
I do understand how English homes are Constructed. I was 16 when I left England .
