Whole Property Wanted For 2 Females

Hi there, I am due to commence my MSc in Mental Health Nursing at Southampton University in January 2020 (I will continue to work for the NHS in my current role alongside my 2 year degree). I am 24 years of age and currently work for the NHS in a mental health hospital. I am looking for a studio/double bedroom.

My housemate is 26 years of age and works full time for the NHS also.
We are tidy, quiet individuals who have previously lived as a tenant in both student and professional settings and thoroughly enjoyed this.
I have 2 guinea pigs which I would hope to bring with me to the new accommodation (if the property had a garden), they live in a hutch and have little/no effect in terms of maintenance. If this is not a possibility then I am still more than happy to discuss further!
