Friendly gaymer looking for a shared flat

Hi there!

I'm a 29 year old gay Canadian professional looking to rent a double room in Central, East or Southeast London for a few months. My budget is between £600 and £750ppm.

I would love to move into a bit of a social house where common spaces are shared and enjoyed together. I'm quite an extroverted introvert and I enjoy playing board games and baking cakes and sweets from time to time. Living with others with similar interests would be fantastic! I'm also clean, mindful of privacy and relatively quiet (although I do love a good kitchen dance party every now and then!).

I can move in anytime between Oct 22nd and Nov 5th however, I will be returning from a visit seeing family in Canada on the 22nd and am quarantining for two weeks afterwards. I would never want to inconvenience a household by putting them into quarantine with me but can definitely discuss a move date before Nov 5th if circumstances work out.
