Professional Male seeks a double room

I am a professional male aged 34 looking for a double room. I have a budget of £400pcm. I would like to share with males and females ideally between 20 and 69 years old.

I will be working at Asda on Leypark Drive,
So somewhere around the Mutley area, is preferred but not essential.
However, It must close to a bus route to Asda.

I am a very happy person, and I have a very good sense of humor too.
I keep myself to myself, I don't go out drinking or partying, not even at home.
I currently live in Bodmin, Cornwall.

I currently rent privately on my own.
I will be travelling by Train to Plymouth for viewings,
So please bare this in mind.

If possible, I will also be in need of a damp free garage to rent too.
Obviously, I am willing to pay extra if needed.

I am available to move in from 7th November 2021
