Female student looking for a buddy-up

Hello!

I'm looking for one or two female students or young professionals to rent a flat together. I want to move in around mid-September.
My budget is around 400 pounds per month (with bills included or a bit less if we'll have to sort out the bills separately from the rent). I'm only interested in places located within the city centre, Spital Tongues, Shieldfield or Sandyford.
Because of COVID, I won't be back in Newcastle until late July/early August, therefore it would be perfect to find someone with a similar situation to mine so that we won't rush with the viewings and will attend them together when I'm back in the city.
I'm a tidy person and I'm looking for someone who also likes to keep the flat clean and tidy. I'm starting my third year at Newcastle University in September and I'll also be working part-time.
