Double Room in Worcester or Droitwich area

Myself (Francis) and my partner (Niki) are currently renting in Droitwich, but our tenancy is coming to an end in July.?
Therefore we are looking for a double room to rent from the beginning of July in a clean, tidy and welcoming property in the Worcester and Droitwich area.
Properties wish list:-
- Double room
- 1 to 3 month min contract
- Boardband Internet access
- Easy access to the motorway and the northside of Worcester (but willing to consider any area in Worcester or Droitwich)
- Parking (or ample nearby)

A little bit about us:
I work full time as a Computer Developer and Niki works full time as a member of an accounts team. We have no pets but have previously rented/lived in homes with them so we are happy to look at properties with pets. We are both easy going, friendly, considerate people and don't like making a fuss or imposing on others.
