A Student seeks double room or small flat

I am a postgraduate student with full-sponsorship, my age is 38, I am looking for a double room or a large single room to locate my studying table within a desk computer and a chair. I am available to move in immediately and move out by the end of December 2019 or late January 2020. I am still studying at Swansea University - at both campuses bay and singleton.
notice: I prefer the small properties with sharing only with one person, or small flat or apartment for myself with no sharing and also I prefer car parking, please.
