Hello everyone :)
I'm 37, employed full time and am looking for a place to call home either:
- sharing with 1 other
- or a studio
- or a small flat.
I have had many bad experiences in the past mainly because of thin or fake walls, and hearing every movement and phone conversation of my neighbours. I am also going to sleep around 11 so naturally I would like quiet time.
I am respectful of my flatmates as well - I dont slam doors, use headphones for most things im watching/listening, dont throw parties, etc.
