I am a professional female aged 24 looking for a room within 30 minutes commute of Cannon Street/Bank. I am employed on a permanent basis as a Health Physiologist. I am looking for somewhere that is available in August/September. It is important to me that the house is kept clean and tidy, but I am also sociable and enjoy going for drinks and the gym :) I am looking for a house share with other professionals of similar age, ideally with a living area! I have previously rented successfully so can provide references if required.
