Polite Canadian! 🐅

Hello!

I'm looking for a single or double room, preferably in central Oxford, for move-in March 2nd 2023 or later.

I'm a 36 year old Canadian professional (male). I was recently an Oxford student, completing my DPhil in Zoology (specializing in tigers, having worked in Thailand for 6 years). I've signed on as a post-doc researcher with the same research unit doing the same work. When I was a student, I lived with 8 others in a house and, as an older/more mature student, took the lead on organizing cleaning, ordering house supplies, liaising on behalf of the house with the property owner, and, on move-out, organizing a full clean of the house and moving logistics. I'm a very friendly, polite, and respectful housemate. I'm very easy to get along with. I'm fairly social and often went out with those I've lived with in Oxford. Generally, I'm a pretty quiet and considerate flatmate so you would never have to worry about me being noisy late at night, playing music loudly, leaving dishes in the sink etc. I'm more than happy to provide a few references from previous housemates who can provide an idea on what I was like as a housemate.
