A friendly place with charm to call home

Hello! I am a female age 30 looking for a double room. I am studying at university and working at the same time, so quite busy during weekdays.

I like to care for the place where I live as my own, I am very tidy and clean, relax and sociable, I believe that it is important to create a pleasant atmosphere in the house ( not passive-aggressive people)

I like going out for dinner and drinks on the weekends but equally, enjoy evenings at home with Netflix and pizza

A bit of my interest; travelling, discovering new places in London, cooking ( you are lucky if you like
Spanish food), an interesting conversation, funny staff and music ( from Jazz to Techno).

My ideal flat would be one that feels homely, not just a base, where we can spend some time together but respecting each other privacy and with clean and tidy people. :)
