Looking for a room near city centre or train stat.

Hi,
I am 24 years old professional moving to Cambridge in the end of September.
I would prefer a clean flat which is relatively quiet. The ideal location would be in a walking or cycling distance to the city centre or the train station (my office is near the station).

I am very easy going, clean and can get on with anyone.
I am quiet and wouldn't really disturb other flatmates. My hobbies include all sorts of sports, climbing, floorball (similar to indoor hockey). But I also enjoy reading a book, gaming, a wee trip to pub or a little nigh out.
Also, I am a coffee lover!

Currently I live in Edinburgh so I would prefer an online viewing, but perhaps I could make a trip down south if needed.

As for the costs, I would prefer to fit below £650 a month, preferably with bills included. Please do not contact me to offer a room in houses that have more than 4 rooms.
