Professional looking for a friendly flat share!

Hi all, I am a 24-year old professional female looking for a double room in a friendly flat share. I am moving to Edinburgh to start a grad job in Structural Engineering, and would ideally like to rent from mid July, but am flexible.

In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors hiking and cycling, bouldering after work or reading a good book. I would like to live with people with shared interests, who wouldn't mind socialising every now and then as I'll be new to the city! I am not a party animal, but do enjoy going to the pub or having a glass of wine over a movie.

Ideally, I would like to find a flat that likes to chat after work and explore the city / surrounding area on weekends. It would be great if the flat came with a balcony, shared garden, or other space where I could store my bike.
