Room wanted in North or East London!

Hello future housemate! My name is Nadezhda (or Simba as everyone calls me), a 33yr old Kiwi gal who has called London home for the past 5 years.

About Me:

I work in Film and TV in the Assistant Director department, which is a job I absolutely love, probably to an unhealthy degree. My work hours are longgggggg which means I'm not often around in the evenings, but when I am home I love a good film sesh (obviously), play a bit of PlayStation, and enjoy the odd beer or glass of wine with my housemates. At the weekend I'm often just living my Main Character life; heading to brunch or markets, the cinema, theatre shows etc. Generally I tend to spend most of my downtime enjoying all the fun things London has to offer, or heading to Brighton. I'm also a big festival junkie and love a cheeky holiday to Europe every couple of months.

As a housemate I'm very tidy and respectful! I've lived in share houses for the better half of a decade so well and truly used to the balance of social and private time in a shared house :)

What I'm looking for:

A fun new home! Ideally I'd love to live with two or three people max (I've lived in sharehouses up to 6 people before, and while I've no issues with it, I'm looking for a bit more of a homely vibe now than just a place everyone coexists!) and don't really mind gender, occupation, age etc. So long as you're rad, clean and fun to live with!

In terms of area I'd love to stick North or East. Think Hackney, Dalston, Angel, Kentish Town, Hampstead etc. I'm hoping to buy a car this year so somewhere with parking would be lush, but not a deal-breaker.

Budgetwise I'd love to keep the rent under £1,000, but also I know how bonkers expensive rent has become in London so a little more for the right place is fine. Also looking for somewhere with a minimum 6 months lease. Moving sparks no joy, so would love to find somewhere more long-term than not.
