Tired of living in dirt and arguing housemates?

⭐I work as a cleaner professionally, with years of domestic and commercial experience (e. g houses, end of tenancy, hotels and studios).

⭐I'm offering 3h of regular cleaning per week (kitchen, bathroom, floors, surfaces, polishing, taking the bins out) in exchange for £200 off my rent per month - i. e £50/week - a very competitive rate for a live-in cleaner.

⭐I can offer a deep clean every 3-6 months, to be paid for separately.

⭐I'd also be responsible for making sure we're stocked up on any products we need, (expenses split equally between all of us) I can provide suggestions based on my experience.

💸 My budget is max £750 including bills - I have put £950 in the ad to account for the work I would do.

I have 7 years experience renting and flatsharing in London.

🍿 I'd prefer a home with people who don’t just ‘lodge’ but make up a relaxed household. Perhaps sharing a meal and watching a movie together from time to time:)
