Hi, I'm James.

I've been living in London for the last six years but recently decided to move back to Norwich permanently to be able to spend more time with family and friends.

I'm looking for a double room that's spacious with plenty of light, a garden would be a big bonus but not essential.

With regards to flatmates I'm pretty relaxed but would prefer 30/40 something professionals.

I'm easy going, liberal and up for a laugh, more importantly I'm tidy, quiet and respectful of other peoples personal space. Always ready and willing to chip in when things need doing around the house.

Keen to get reacquainted with the city and try new things, make new friends and generally get the best out of life.
