Hi, I'm Shingi and I am a Senior Manager in the Telecoms industry. My Cousin is Shuvayi & she is a Social Worker. We are looking for our final rental before our next step.
Looking for a 2 bedroom rental that is preferably furnished or @ least part furnished.
Really looking to stay around or as close to Bromley & Catford as possible for work travel convenience. BlackHeath, Lee & Greenwich are also definite options.

We work long hard hours in jobs we absolutely love but we also love being social and spending time with our wonderful family and friends. We are both easy going and friendly and much the clean freaks (Monica Gellar has nothing on us!) so would lovingly take care of your property whilst we are the tenants.

Looking to move in as soon as possible by the 31st of August with preferably a minimum tenancy of a year. It would be ideal to stay put for as long as possible as we are both looking at getting onto the property ladder and the goal is to stay put until that time.

Unfortunately we have just been let down after finding a great flat due to circumstances that came up for the landlord post covid and so we are really looking quite seriously now and quite quickly so only immediately available or by the 1st of September needed please, but willing to consider to mid September depending on property.
