Looking for 1 Bed or studio Flat/apartment. I am looking for somewhere long term. Flat needs to be Unfurnished as I already have a flat full of furniture. I have a Washing Machine dryer and fridge. Anywhere around Lincolnshire or South Yorkshire. Although I am open to other locations. I prefer to be close or in a city/Large town. I do require a parking space preferable off the road. Ideally with a small garden or yard. I have some potted plants.
As a tenant, I am a very house proud person and keep things spotlessly clean. I like visitors to go wow when they walk in. I have all the tools to do any DIY or renovations that might need doing. I have a state of the art cloud-based CCTV system and home contents insurance.
