Professional Female seeks a double room

I am a professional female aged 25 looking for a double room in a quiet area.
I am available to move from 31/8/2020 and have a budget of around £400pcm. I would prefer to have a studio flat on my own or room en suite. I'm also up for sharing with males or females ideally between 21 and 35 years old. I work full time.
Property needs to include laundry and kitchen facilities, and a safe space to store my mountain bike.
I am a genuine happy person as well as sociable, reliable, responsible and like to keep a tidy environment.
I like to keep active at the Gym or go running/cycling.
I have two friendly pet Guinea pigs who I'd love to take with me eventually so pet friendly flats are even better. Although, they can stay at my Family's home for the time being.
Up for going out on weekends but also like to withdraw in my room during the week as i'm rarely home. Love Dance festivals, music or events!
All Bills included preferred, WiFi and TV necessary.
Would prefer a property close to Haymarket metro station.
