Chill American for well located flat

Hey y?all. I?m looking for a central-ish flat with other chill people. Ideally looking for a place with a lounge and a garden but not required. Tumble dryer is the dream.

I?m in my second year living in London. I work in insurance in Canary Wharf and occasionally in TV/film. I?m very much a work hard/party adequately type of person and I?ll always choose a pub over a club. Much prefer a quiet night in.

I spend a fair amount of time at the theatre and previously worked in the West End. Hobbies include guitar and sleeping till brunch time on Sunday. A lot of my free time is spent exploring as I am still relatively new here.

Im looking to move sometime between now and the start of August.
