Professional (40) seeking calm, friendly home N/L

Hi, I’m a 40-year-old professional, Clinical Nutritionist, working mostly from home, looking for a calm, clean and friendly household in North London.

I’m easygoing, respectful and considerate to live with. I keep shared spaces tidy, am mindful of noise, and having lived in plenty of house shares I really value a home that feels relaxed, clean and comfortable, not a party house, but also not just a bedroom in a building. I’m equally happy having a chat over a brew or a beer, so a balance of friendly and independent is great. I have friends in London, but ideally I’d love to live somewhere sociable where people spend time together as well as do their own thing.

I mostly work from home, but when I don’t have patient calls I enjoy working from different places, cafés, shared spaces or out and about, so I’m not always indoors.

Outside of work I enjoy walks, exploring local cafés, new activities and box sets in winter (Star Trek or Gilmore Girls depending on the mood). Having some green space nearby is important, I’m originally from Shropshire (part hill goat) which is why I’m particularly interested in areas like Stoke Newington, Crouch End, Muswell Hill, Highbury, West Hampstead or Tufnell Park.

I’m looking for a double room in a welcoming, adult household with like-minded professionals, ideally somewhere I can stay longer term and put roots down rather than just a short stop.
