Professional (40) seeking calm, friendly home N/L

Hello!

I’m a Registered Clinical Nutritionist working mostly from home for a health tec company, looking for a home in North London.

I’m respectful, very self aware of sharing communal space, clean and tidy, and I value a home that feels comfortable and sociable (not a party house).

I'm very independent splitting my time between meeting friends who are in London & Brighton, outdoor activities, community bits, and enjoying a coffee and croissant on weekends. I'm pretty passionate about my job, and enjoy attending any Seed Talks based on Science, I'm always happy to answer questions about foods or ingredients!

Some of my previous housemates have become good friends despite being dotted around the country and London. I'd like to be based North /East for the green areas and ease of seeing friends and family.

Move date is April (flexible for the right place) currently based in Blackheath.

Budget is £1000 (not incl. bills)
