Looking to buddy up in city centre

I’m actually 22 but will be 23 when I’m looking to move in which is 27/07, can be slightly flexible around this date by about a week.

I’m looking for a like minded flat mate who likes football, going to the pub, giving good chat and a laugh.

If you like Peep show thats another plus, do enjoy the occasional rave too.

Been working in Manchester for a year living in deansgate but my current flats not great and my flatmate is moving in with his cousin so hence the search. I work in sales for a company called Capita which is opposite oxford road.

Maximum i’m looking to pay with council tax and bills is 600ish but can squeeze a bit more.

I do need a car parking space which is usually fine as long as you don’t have a car as most flats come with one space

Keen to meet before committing, however not looking for timewasters. You’ll need to have the deposit ready for when we find the right flat :)
