Looking for a room, 22 year old professional

Hi there! My name is Chris and I'm looking to move to Manchester for a new job soon.

A bit about me:
I'm 22, work as a software developer and I enjoy reading, movies, video games and the occasional cocktail/pub trip. I also enjoy going out for movies and theatre, and I'm looking to start a new outdoor hobby. I'd consider myself quiet yet sociable and a mix between introvert and extrovert (I like socialising but also need my alone time). I'd consider myself pretty chilled to live with - I'm tidy especially in communal areas - and in my current house share we enjoy occasional movie nights and lots of communal cooking feasts!

My requirements:
I don't need a huge amount of space as I've always been quite minimalist, but I am looking for a bedroom to fit at least good size desk in (desktop PC with two monitors). In addition, fast fibre internet is important to me and I'm happy to pay for upgrading internet to the best available package. Decent size kitchen is preferred because I enjoy cooking and a good sized lounge with a couple sofas is always a bonus. I don't have house parties myself but am happy with the occasional party as long as I can join in! Finally, my girlfriend will be coming over to stay for the occasional weekend (twice a month max) and every now and then I'd like to have my best friends stay for a weekend (we go out for cocktails, have a good time and of course you'd be welcome to join us!)

My ideal flatmate/s:
Someone who is sociable, tidy and pleasant to be around, preferably with similar interests but this isn't necessary; as I'm moving to Manchester for the first time, I want to make friends with my flatmates rather than just living with them for the sake of cheaper rent. Preferably not a student because our lifestyles would be too different. Ideally the type of person whose optimal night out involves cocktails and pub crawls rather than clubbing.
