I am available to move in from 25/01/2020 and have a budget of max ?320 pcm with all Bills included please bare in mind it is a room with shared Bathroom and Kitchen . I would like to state I am looking for a minimum stay of 6 Months plus with a Contract I. e Tenancy Agreement and ideally with a live in landlord with easy access to travel by public road to Stafford Upon Avon ideally no more then 25 miles from Stafford Upon Avon for Work .
