Looking for a room in Liverpool

I am looking for a shared accommodation, with preferably a double bed and a garden/patio/balcony, at around 400 (including council tax & bills) a month in Liverpool. Ideally as close to the center as possible, because I work near Moorfields train station. However, I don't mind being a bit further out if there's a 24 hour bus route near by.

I'd live to live with people close to my age, but aside from that I'm very easy-going and get on with most people. I am a social person and would like to be friends with whoever I end up living with. Plus I love to cook, so would be open to making meals for potential future housemates!
