30 year old looking for spare room / flat sitting

I'm a 30 year old woman looking for a house share (1 other person) or flat sitting for somebody in the Heaton / Tynemouth / North Shields area, for the next 3 months.

I'm a transport planner based in Newcastle City Centre so will be in the office most days (all if there is not space in flat/ house for remote working). In my spare time I do a lot of running and walking.

I'm looking for kind and nice people to share with, and would respect anyone's property as I know the peril's of messy flatmates!
