I’m María, a 30-year-old Spaniard working as a scientist for the NHS. I’ve been living in London for the past 6 years, always in flatshares, and I’ve been lucky enough to become genuine friends with my flatmates - so I’m really hoping to find a similar, homey vibe in my next place.

I’m looking for a 2–3 bedroom flat in areas like London Bridge, Bermondsey, Elephant & Castle or Canada Water, with a budget of up to £1300. I take good care of shared spaces and value a flat that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

I’m very outgoing and sociable: I love going out with friends to enjoy everything London has to offer, salsa dancing, and I’m always up for trying new hobbies. At the same time, I respect everyone’s space and appreciate open, friendly communication at home.
