Happy couple looking to team up with a flatmate/s

Hi guys!

I'm Jessia, one third of our unit.

My husband and I are looking for a flatmate/s to move in with us over the next 1-3 weeks. We've been living in Sydney Australia for the past year and a half, and are now setting up our new life in London!

We are both professionals in work, and live with our dog Preston! He's so wonderful we had to fly him all the way over from Sydney, so we are hoping that he would be welcome, when searching for a home.

Preston is a 1 year old labradoodle, house trained and extremely well behaved. Most of the time you'll find us (Peston and I) either relaxing from home, or out and about the city together. He is technically my emotional support animal, so it's imperative that I have him around.

Ideally, we're looking to buddy up with 1 or 2 people in a 2-3 bed flat. We're very keen to open, light and bright spaces, with lots of windows and hardwood floors. A fully equipped and modern kitchen, back-garden or patio would be ideal.

We are two very conscientious, respectful and clean house mates who don't make much of a fuss, mess or noise.

Happy to pay for all common area furnishings so things don't get complicated, (sofa etc) and pay a month deposit, and upfront.
