My boyfriend and I are students in Durham who are looking for a house/flat. Minimum 2 bedrooms, as we would like our own rooms, 1 bathroom and will consider a third housemate, preferably female.
We are older students aged 21 and 25 so would also prefer someone who is aged over 21 or at least mature.
Non-smokers are preferable and we prefer a housemate that is not messy.
