Accommodation for Bar Course

I am beginning a Postgraduate Bar Course at Northumbria University in September and am looking for accommodation from the end of June. I'm currently working on my Masters in Durham, which means I can pop up to see properties rather flexibly. From September, I will be studying part time and will continue working in Newcastle part time.

I'm looking for a house of young professionals or postgraduate students. Location-wise, I would like to stay within 10 mins of a zone 1 metro, preferably on the South Gosforth to Gateshead metro route. My budget is £375 for properties that include bills, I would hope to stay closer to £320 for properties excluding bills.

For counsel tax purposes, I will be required to pay counsel tax from January 2022 (I think).
