I'm looking for a room to rent in Exeter, with access to parking space. I prefer a flat shared by fewer people with a friendly and relaxed environment. I'm clean, tidy and generally quiet. I enjoy my own space but also like hanging out or a good movie night. I work at the hospital so I prefer a house shared by professionals as well.
