The size and location needs to be feasible for my young twins to visit via public transport from BR4. I have a bicycle.
I receive Universal Credit for a flat on both age and health grounds. Amount depends on area; I can cover some extra over the LHA due to particular issues of myself and for my visiting kids. The LHA can be paid direct to you.
It should help to communicate potential issues relevant to a tenancy. I'm a psychology science (such as it is) graduate who's worked in the field and coauthored published research.
I am up to date with current rent. I have the funds to cover advance rent and deposit and bills. I have furniture. I have given notice which ends May 16th.
