Need double room 30 min away from EC4V

I am looking for a room which is located 30 min away from Blacfriars. As long as the rent+bills fall under ?850pcm.

The bedroom should have a king or queen size bed, a wardrobe, maybe a drawer, and a decent sized desk which can fit a laptop, a monitor, speakers, etc.

It must have a shared living room or some sort of space to spend time outside the bedroom.

I am a project manager and I work Mon-Fri from 9 to 5. I sometimes work from home.

I would prefer my flatmates to not be working night shifts.

Not a smoker nor a drinker, but I enjoy a couple of cold ones every now and then.

My hobbies are photography and urban exploration, maybe some occasional gaming, and music.

If the property has paper-thin walls which don't block normal speaking volume to be heard throughout the property, then it might not be the right property for me.
