En-Suite Accommodation Needed for Student

I?m currently looking for an accommodation around the University campus vicinity as in a student of UCLAN in my second year out of four total years.

I prefer to have an en-suite room, due to the personalised bathroom since I?m more comfortable that way.

I have no genuine preference of smoker, pets, drinkers, age and gender for the type of room mates I?ll be having, but it?d be nice to have fun and social mates for occasionally gatherings and conversations.

I?d love to support them as well in the cleaning and maintaining of the Accommodation like routine trash take outs, etc.
