Room wanted at weekends in Sunderland

I'm currently looking for someone with a spare room to rent at weekends for the next few months in Sunderland until I move back full time.

I'm a Mackem, but currently work during the week down in London. So I'm looking for somewhere for the next few months that I could stay at weekends - usually Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings - sometimes the occasional Thursday evening.

I'm clean, tidy, friendly and non-smoker. Used to lodging / house-sharing so am used to respecting people's space and privacy.
