Nice room wanted

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU INBOX ME.

Currently looking to move out of my current property as I no longer wish to live here for quite valid reasons.

Looking for a good landlord who wants a good stable tenant. I am a non drinker and I don't do any drugs. However, I am long term ill and require something with near by amenities and on a no deposit basis.

I do not wish to live in a place where there are drugs or alcoholics.

I do also require a decent sized room for my possessions, clothes and push bike.

I got this place I am in now on a zero deposit and every payment of rent has been made because I know what it is like to be homeless living in a car for 5 months prior to this so I am very serious about being a good and stable tenant and if your place is good, I have no intention of leaving or causing you problems.

Please do not contact me if you want a deposit or rent up front. I can provide a reference from my current landlord as we are good. The reason I wish to leave isn't because of him and I have been here over a year.

All rent would be paid in arrears by housing benefit and I personally guarantee you get the payments.

I suffer with severe anxiety and avoiding stress is a must. I intend on causing none and need the same respect.
