Large Room wanted in Hampshire [Professional Male]
Working as an engineer in Fareham and my current tenancy is due to expire in August.
I am working at home at the moment, so a large room or a second room which can be worked in would be ideal. I have all my own furnishings for a large room if required (can be stored if not).
Originally from Bristol, I am fairly outgoing, and spend the majority of my weekends away in Cornwall/Wales kayaking/climbing/surfing.
Looking for a house of professionals which are tidy and around the same age.
Ideally a house with a parking space or ample on-street parking. A garage/shed would also be preferable.
I have a budget of between £400 to £800 depending on the house and amenities.
