Buddy up for a double flat?

Hi,

I'm relocating to London for work and I'm looking to find a place within a walking distance from High Barnet or New Barnet stations, starting June/ early July (but can consider earlier for the right place). I'm keen to look for properties at around £900 - 1200 per person.

I would be keen to buddy up with someone to find a double bed flat as there are usually much nicer / more spacious options available as such.

About me:
I'm generally a calm, more introverted person but I can be chatty and goofy around people I'm comfortable with. I'm not much of a party person, I prefer a music gig or staying in with a glass of wine and a movie. In my free time I enjoy contemporary dance, walks in nature, good coffee in a park and going to charity shops. I'm also hoping to do more cycling around London this summer.

I work full time, 4-day weeks with long hours and no WFH. I might sometimes cook [vegan food] later in the evening, up to 10/11pm or dry my hair late evening too.

I've done plenty of house sharing throughout the years. Most important for me is mutual respect and keeping the shared spaces clean. I'm not looking for a party house but I would like the flat to be a welcoming place for an occasional friend visit.

A good atmosphere / getting along well is really important for me so I'd be keen to chat and meet up with you if you'd be interested in looking for a flat together:)
