Friendly, bubbly flat mate _ Move in June /July

Hey!

I will try to keep it brief!

I work in fashion but also do some part time acting work, looking for a place in North / central London. I am looking to move in by mid July but am flexible. Generally I am quite an outgoing flat mate who likes to socialise with others, however I also like time to myself to do my own thing.

As a roomie I am:

- Always up for making time to have a movie night or explore new brunch spots with flat mates (complete movie nerd)
- Often cooking soul food and love to do so with others (I throw a mean dinner party if I don't say so)
- Clean and hygienic. And am looking to share a flat with like minded people who enjoy making a flat look nice.

What I would like in a flat is:

- A spacious double room
- A living area
- Some kind of out door, garden area or balcony
- A clean aesthetic
- Good transport links
- Lovely, calm and chill flat mates
*A bath is a bonus*
