Need To Find Accommodation Within The Next 4Weeks

Me

I am looking for accommodation because my landlord is selling their property within the next 4 weeks.
I got the notice today and I don't want to be homeless again.
I am looking for a nice size double room/studio flat preferably.
I am a 26 year old easy going guy who gets on with anybody that gets on with me and who just needs a nice place to live as I'm facing homelessness.
I like cooking food/takeaways/barbacues, watching tv, listening to music, watching movies and more.
I smoke cigarettes, but wouldn't do it inside if it wasn't allowed.
I'm polite and respectful to anybody that is to me, regardless of ethnicity/religion/gender.
I keep everything clean and tidy, I. e: my place, the bathroom/toilet/kitchen/garden (if any)
I don't mind any kind of pets, unless their not friendly.
I don't mind if you smoke or drink.
And I'm currently seeking employment as I've been out of work for a few years due to an accident I had, so I'm currently on jsa/recieving housing benefit, and am now looking for accommodation in a nice place due to my circumstances with anybody that can help me in my situation.
