23 years old professional, looking for a room

My name is Cosmin. I am a young, recent graduate (23 yrs old) male professional looking to relocate from Dundee to Edinburgh by the 16th of January 2023. I am relocating due to starting a new position in Bank of Scotland, Cameron Toll. Accomodation does not have to be really close to location, as I can commute by car.
I am a very outgoing, kind, extroverted individual and open to all kinds of activities. Regardless, I do like to have my own personal space, hence why a room with an en-suite would be ideal, but absolutely not compulsory. I do not have specific requests in regard to my flatmates, so I'm open to any gender/occupation. Bills included is a bonus, but it wouldn't matter too much as long as the total expense for the room is less than £700 a month.
I like cooking, cycling, walking, working out, video-games and I am keen to discover more hobbies. I am more than happy to meet up for a coffee and/or have a phone/video call before any eventual visits.
