1-2 Bed Property Wanted - No Studios - No Shares

Hi everyone 👋

**We’re looking for:**
A self-contained property (1–2 bedroom only — no studios) with bills included. We’d prefer a private landlord (no agents), and the property must be within a 10-minute walk of a station, with a commute of no more than 35 minutes to central London.

**About us:**
**Jasmine (28)** – Professional actor currently working in the West End. I work from home during the day (auditions, admin, etc.) and perform in the evenings. I’m very clean, tidy, and respectful of my living space.

**Charlie (28)** – Also a professional actor, with additional creative projects he works on from home. Easygoing, tech-loving, and equally tidy. Previous live-in landlords even asked him to move in with them because he was such a great tenant!

We’re quiet, respectful, and keep to ourselves. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept home.

**Why we’re moving:**
Our current tenancy ends in April, and we’ve decided not to renew. We’d ideally like to move back to South West London, where we previously lived and felt most at home.

**Location preferences:**
South West London preferred
≤10 minutes walk to a station
≤35 minutes commute to central London
