I am looking to rent a FULL 1 bedroom flat for myself and a friendly cat.

Budget: £1350 pcm (excluding bills).

It would be beneficial if the flat has easy access to the outdoors (even better if through security type bars commonly found on basement or ground floor flats) as my cat likes to go in and out freely.
