Student room wanted close to Camberwell

I?m looking for a student all female house preferably that is close to uni which is Camberwell College of Arts or Elephant and Castle, I?m a super tidy person and work on weekends. I?m friendly and will watch tv with you or have a drink or two, for the most part I?ll be out either at uni or work during term time unless it?s summer then I?ll be going home a lot
