I am a professional male aged 38 looking for a double room.
Somewhere that will accept my 10 year old daughter to stay over on a Friday and Saturdays night every other weekend
I am available to move from 10/5/2024 and have a budget of £600 ish pcm. I'm happy to share with males or females of any age
I'm clean, tidy and respectful.
I don't drink alcohol so don't party and come home drunk.
Very few friends so no visitors other than my daughter.
My current predicament.
I've been renting a room for the last 5 years and my live in landlord decided to sell his house to buy another but wanted me to continue living with him, which I was happy to, but he's just told me it doesn't look like he's able to find one before the sale of his current house is completed. So I now have just two weeks to find somewhere to live.
